  • The School of Education Technology, Jadavpur University keeps a close linkages with IIT’s, B.E. College, Viswa Bharati University, Technical Teacher's Training Institute (TTTI) Calcutta.

  • The faculty members of the school participated in delivering lecture series on CAI development process for the polytechnic teachers (organised by TTTI, Calcutta) and for the faculty members of the Computer Science and Engineering Department of various degree Engineering Colleges/Universities (organised by IMPACT project, sponsored by World Bank).

  • The faculty members of the School participated as resource person for development of video instructional packages for coountrywide Television Programme in the area of microprocessors produced by TTTI, Calcutta and TTTI, Chandigarh. [TTTI is now National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training & Research (NITTTR)]

  • The School of Education Technology, Jadavpur University has sold Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) courseware packages to the HRD Divusion of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. The School in collaboration with CMC Ltd. organised training programmes for the personnel of Reserve Bank of India. CAI packages have also been developed for Coal India Limited. The school has also developed an Interactive multimedia package for CMC Ltd., the leading Computer Organisation.

  • Birla Industrial and Technological Museum (BITM) : Technical support towards recruiting manpower for multimedia oriented job profiles at BITM

  • National Council of Science Museums (NCSM) : Technical support for conducting course ‘MS in Science Communications’ at NCSM, along with BITS

  • Indian Art College : Support for spreading awareness of digital media and processing software amongst artists
